    [0001] The present invention relates to an improvement for a watch and its bracelet. It relates more particularly to fixing the case to the bracelet.
    [0002] The watches consist of a case bearing a dial or hour to present other information such as altitude temperature, and other. In the past the watch cases were worn by a chain connected to the garment, but for a long time the watch cases are worn on the wrist of the users by a bracelet generally comprising a clasp. For a long time, manufacturers have been satisfied with a single solution. Namely and for the vast majority of cases, the case of the watch is attached to the ends of two bracelet portions by transverse rods called bars. There has been no change in this principle, even though customers are eager for novelty, including modularity and customization. The present invention provides a brand new device allowing the user to be able to separate the case of his watch from the bracelet without the aid of a tool, while leaving the bracelet around his wrist. Thus the watch which consists of a case worn by a bracelet is according to the invention, characterized in that the case is fixed on the bracelet by a removable connection, the latter being constituted by the cooperation of two elements, namely a first element attached to the bracelet and a second element secured to the housing.
    [0003] According to a complementary feature, one of the elements is a fastening element, while the other element is a locking element comprising a movable latch biased by an elastic system, the solidarisant to the fastening element.
    [0004] According to another characteristic, the hooking element is constituted by a slide intended to cooperate with a slideway formed in the locking element, while the mobile lock comprises a locking projection intended to be engaged in a hollow profile made on the slide.
    [0005] Let us add that according to the preferred embodiment, the cooperation of the slider with the slider is of the dovetail type, while the slider of the fastening element comprises a first substantially rectangular portion, this first part co-operating with the slider the locking member, said slider comprising a second conically shaped portion for cooperating with a corresponding conical clearance formed in the locking member. Note that the movable latch is pivotally mounted in the locking member about an axis, said latch being a lever of the first kind consisting of a first strand comprising the locking projection and a second strand to be solicited by means of unlocking. Note that the locking member comprises an inner housing forming the slide and its conical stabilizing and insertion portion, and a lateral clearance in which is housed the movable latch. Note also that the central portion of the lock is guided in a circular housing to ensure its pivoting about the axis. The unlocking means are constituted by an elastic arch whose one end is locked in the locking element and the other end comprises an unlocking actuating projection intended to bear on the second strand of the lock. Add that the hoop is constituted by a circular portion made of elastically deformable material. The watch is such that the locking element comprises a push button protruding out of this locking element, to be easily actuated by the user, which to unlock and release the case will only have to push to cause the pivoting of the movable lock, said push button is disposed in abutment on the end of the hoop or is located the projection of actuating the unlocking. According to one embodiment, the locking element is integral with the housing while the fastening element is integral with the bracelet. According to another embodiment, the locking element is integral with the bracelet while the fastening element is integral with the housing. Add that the bracelet is a flexible band of a single portion whose ends cooperate with a clasp. Other features and advantages of the invention will emerge from the description which follows with reference to the accompanying drawings which are given by way of non-limiting examples. Figure -I is an illustration showing the watch with the bracelet not equipped with the case of the watch. Figure 2 is an illustration showing the watch with the bracelet equipped with the case of the watch.

    [0008] The watch (1) of the invention comprises in a known manner a housing (2) carried by a bracelet (3). The latter is constituted by a band, intended to surround the wrist of the user. The bracelet can be of any kind such as a leather strap, metal, rubber or other such as textile.
    [0009] According to the invention, it is the back (4) of the housing (2) which is removably attached to the bracelet (3). For this purpose the fixing means of the housing are made by a removable connection. The fixing means are constituted by the cooperation of two elements (5, 6), namely a first element (5) fixed on the bracelet (3) and a second element (6) fixed to the housing and more particularly on the back ( 4) of the housing. Of course the element can be the housing itself. Note that one of the elements that will be called attachment element is the one on which is removably attached the other element that will be called locking element. The locking element comprises at least one movable latch (7) comprising a projection (8) intended to engage in a recessed profile (9) formed on the fastening element. Said protrusion (8) of the movable latch (7) being biased in the locking position by an elastic system (10) such as a spring. The movable latch (7) is movably mounted in the locking element, to take two positions, namely a locking position (Figure 7) in which the locking projection (8) is engaged in the recessed profile (9). the other hooking element, and an unlocking position (Figure 6) in which there is disengagement of the projection, which allows the separation of the two elements. The cooperation between the two elements is done through a sliding system. Thus the hooking element comprises a slider (11), while the other locking element comprises a slide (12) into which the slider is introduced. The movable latch (7) is pivotally mounted in the locking element about an axis (15), said latch being a lever of the first kind consisting of a first strand (7a) comprising the locking projection and a second strand ( 7b) intended to be biased by unlocking means.
    [0010] The means are intended to pass from the locking position (FIG. 7) to the unlocking position (FIG. 6). These means consist of an elastic arch (14) whose one end (14a) is locked in the locking element and the other end (14b) comprises an unlocking actuating projection (14c) intended to be in position. pressing on the second strand (7b) of the lock (7). Note that the cooperation of the conical portion of the slider with the conical clearance (12b) ensures the stability of the cooperation between the two elements and facilitates the engagement of the slider.
    [0013] It should be noted that the locking element comprises an internal housing forming the slideway and its tapered stabilizing and insertion part, and a lateral recess (17) in which the movable bolt is housed. Note that the central portion of the latch is guided in a circular housing for pivoting about the axis (15). According to the preferred embodiment and illustrated, the locking element is integral with the housing (2) while the attachment element is integral with the bracelet (3) as shown in Figures 3, 4 and 5. According to another embodiment, not shown, the locking element is integral with the bracelet (3) while the fastening element is integral with the housing (2). To fix the casing (2) on the bracelet (3) the user engages the slide (11) in the slide (12), while at the end of introduction the slide (11) pushes the hanging projection (8). ) against the action of the elastic system (10) until said projection (8) can take place in the recessed profile (9) of the slider, in order to lock the housing (2) on the bracelet ( 3). Add that the bracelet (3) is a flexible strip of a single portion whose ends cooperate with a clasp (18) which can be of any type, and to form a closed loop around the wrist. It is understood that the element attached to the bracelet, whether it is the fastening element or the locking element is fixed on the band of the bracelet. Fixing the element to the strip is made for example by two plates (19a, 19b) sandwiching said strap, as appears more particularly in Figure 10.
